With reference to the letter received from the Tibetan Parliament in Exile, the third Special General Meeting of Tibetans will held at Dharamsala from 3 to 5 October 2019. The key theme of the meeting are 1) Five Fifty Vision and 2) The relationship between the lineage of His Holiness the Dalai Lamas and Tibetan people. Thus, related to the above topics, if you have any suggestions on the preservation, promotion and propagation of Sowa-Rigpa, please send your suggestion in written to the CCTM Office latest by 30th of September 2019.
