The Central Council of Tibetan Medicine has established a rules and regulation for recognizing Sowa-Rigpa; Tibetan Medical College in year 2006. According to this rules, Chairperson Dr. Tsering Tsamchoe has made an official visit to Menriling Sorig Bum-bZhi Medical College as an invigilator to the final exam of their 3rd Batch medical student on 25th May 2022.
