Today, ie 25th of Feb. 2018, on this historic event of inaugural session of the 3rd International Conference on Tibetan Medicine (Sowa-Rigpa) Dr. (Prof.) Lobsang Tenzin Rakdho, Chairman of Central Council of Tibetan Medicine presents a greeting scarf to Dr. Padma Gurmet for the recent nominaiton of Sowa-Rigpa member in Central Council of Indian Medicine.
