With the recent resolution passed during the 31st Board Meeting of Central Council of Tibetan Medicine, we are here to announce that we as a Sowa-Rigpa practitioners, will ever remain indebted to His Holiness the XIVth Dalai Lama for the role His Holiness has played in reviving Sowa-Rigpa (Tibetan Medicine) from its core and in further developing and promoting Tibetan Medicine in India and in worldwide. As a small gesture to express our heartfelt gratitude, we would like to call upon the Sowa-Rigpa practitioners all over the world to accumulate “Medicine Buddha Mantra” for His Holiness good health and long life and especially to pacify obstacles and to fulfill all his wishes. Along with that, as a part of the Sowa-Rigpa Day celebration to be held in Delhi, India on 11th September 2019, CCTM will also be offering a Medicine Buddha Statue as a Long life offering to His Holiness the Dalai Lama through Gaden Phodrang Office, on behalf of all the Sowa-Rigpa practitioners.
To make it a collective event for all Sowa-Rigpa practitioners, CCTM would like to request all the Sowa-Rigpa practitioners to make their affordable monetary contribution/donation towards this event and request for the submission of total accumulation of mantra by individual Sowa-Rigpa practitioners by August 15, 2019 to CCTM office or the concerned regional coordinator of CCTM.
