Visitation to Dept.of Sowa-Rigpa, CIBS, Leh, Ladakh. An inspection team lead by Dr. Tenzin Deche Kartsang and another member Dr. Sonam Dickyi and a member from Settlement office Ms. Dolkar visited to the Department of Sowa Rigpa, CIBS on 8th July 2015. This is the fifth time visit to the Dept. of Sowa-Rigpa, CIBS after its registration under CCTM in 2006.
