The Term duration of 5th Executive Board Members of the Central Council of Tibetan Medicine (CCTM) has come to an end and it is hereby required to elect the 6th term Executive Board Members. All the Registered Doctors are requested to take part in the election. Election Regulation, List of Registered Doctors with their registration Number,  and the Election Form are given below.

As of CCTM legal code, following are the source of members for the election:

  1. 2 members to be elected from the TMAI
  2. 2 members to be elected from Sorig ’Bum bzhi lineage.
  3. 2 members from Non Tibetan doctors.
  4. 2 members  from Private doctors.

Volunteer:

As of CCTM Election Regulations, any of registered physicians who voluntarily wants to take part in the election from their category then he/she has to pay 1,000 rupee as fee with the recommendation letter from 10 registered physicians.

ELIGIBILITY OF CANDIDATE:

Representative of Tibetan physician:

  1. Registered under Central Council of Tibetan Medicine
  2. Update of Green book
  3. Candidate shouldn’t be declared mentally unhealthy by the legal court or doctors.
  4. He/she shouldn’t have personal debt.
  5. One should not have problem of legal dispute or criminal records.

Representative of Non Tibetan physician:

  1. Physician must be registered under Central Council of Tibetan Medicine
  2. Candidate shouldn’t be declared mentally unhealthy by the legal court or doctors.
  3. He/she shouldn’t have personal debt.
  4. One should not have problem of legal dispute or criminal records
  5. Citizenship holder of India or any other country

IMPORTANT DATES:-

Preliminary Voting: From 29th June till 28th July 2019

Actual Voting: 10th August till 24th August 2019
