CCTM during the last monthly meeting appointed an inspection team for the registration of Sorig Bum-bZhi College. Dr. Thokmay, Vice Chairman of CCTM headed by Gen. Secretary Dr. Tsering Tsamchoe and Mr. Loden Nyima; Settlement officer of Tibetan Bonpo Settlement Dolanji has visited to the Medical College of Sorig Bum-bZhi Menri Ling dated 26th March 2016. The team has visited to the Main office of the college, the Class rooms, Library, Consultation and Dispensary room, student’s hostel, study and dining hall, Pharmacy and Hospital. This college is under the registration of Yung Drung Bon Monastic Center Society and located at Dolanji village near Solan, District Sirmour, Himachal Pradesh. It was established in the year 2014 and currently, there are 2 Medical teacher and 1 Language teacher, 8 male with 7 female, total 15 student is studying at college. The aim of this visit is for the registration of college, the team member had met all the College administrators, student, staff and the chairman of the Society’s board member. As per guidelines,the team has submitted their report to the executive member of Central Council of Tibetan Medicine.
